Although one does not often think about North America as being unreached, there are definitely specific groups that have limited access to the gospel.
The following mission agencies are organizations that recognize there are still unreached places in North America, and they seek to reach them just like they do the rest of the world.
Eight Mission Agencies to Consider
Although there is a large number of mission agencies working in North America, we have compiled a list of eight well-known agencies that we partner with at The Mission App. This list is not in any particular order but each of these agencies does excellent work.
Global Frontier Missions
According to their website, GFM’s “passion is to make disciples who will make disciples to pray, give, go, welcome, and mobilize others strategically to ensure that the remaining 7,000 unreached people groups have access to the Good News of Jesus.”
Offering a wide variety of outreach options ranging from short-term mission trips to immersive, long-term experiences, GFM wants to fulfill the words of Romans 10:14: “And how can they believe in the one of whom they have not heard? And how can they hear without someone preaching to them?”
